Hannah - Founder
Hannah Macmurray is a trained and practiced car designer, having worked at Honda and Mercedes-Benz’s advanced studios in Tokyo. In 2002, she moved to Milan to set up her own independent design studio Hidesignworks with clients including Pininfarina, NSBrands, and Princess. Hannah was also a regular contributor to a number of publications including Car Design News, WGSN, Quattroruote and Japanese lifestyle magazine Stile.
In 2006 Hannah moved to London with the mission to marry her passion for design and cars with her respect for the planet after she felt car design had become wasteful and self-indulgent. A year later she founded Green Car Design, an online magazine dedicated to eco-driven automotive design. Her mission has been to motivate and champion a green design and sustainability.
Recently Hannah has returned to design with new knowledge about alternative materials and processes helping clients clean up their product portfolio. Using the vast amount of information she explores and investigates on a regular basis she has also been invited to consult and speak for several clients and trend forcasting teams.
Fatima - Head of Communications
Fatima Bettache is head of Communications and Marketing at GCD. With 6 years experience as a PA in Paris for a highly influential individual Fatima came to London in 2009 to develop her English language skills and further her career in Communications. Having successfully mastered the language she is now in charge all the advertising and communication, and scaling business at GCD. Fatima has been with GCD since its online beginnings in 2010...we certainly couldn't do it without her. Look out for some innovative ideas coming your way coutersy of Fatima in 2013!
Helen - Graphic Designer
Helen Stella comes to us from Italy with a background in Communication Design from the School of Architecture at the Politecnico of Milan. With a strong sense for what makes a brand stand out and uber organised technical skills she has quickly integrated herself into our team. She is the magic behind our quarterly digital magazine and now fabulous auto-show printed versions which she works on down to the wire with great fervour and, of course, style!
Olgun - Photographer
Olgun Kordal graduated with a degree in Visual Communication specialising in Automotive photography and has been a photographic assistant to some very well established photographers for past last few years. Now, taking off from this experience he has had his own work published in magazines like CAR, Mercedes Enthusiast, and Autocar. Olgun briefly studied Automotive Design at Coventry University giving him a unique perspective when shooting cars, clearly the objects of his desire! Since joining GCD Olgun has grown his vision and creativity both online and in our print magazine.

Eric Gallina - Automotive Journalist and Photographer
With 10 years’ publishing experience, both online and in print, Eric Gallina was Editor of Car Design News, a title that caters to the automotive design industry, before becoming an independent automotive journalist. Not only did he juggle many roles at once, he was also responsible for spearheading the initiative to develop the company’s presence across several social media platforms and led the creation of a live news blog to cover motor shows. You will find yourself hard pressed to find another journalist so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about cars past and present with his lens firmly focused on design.
Adam Jefferson
Adam Jefferson grew up in Cornwall and developed an interest in cars aged one. He’s worked as a motoring journalist for the last 12 years and is passionate about all aspects of cars and the motor industry. He consulted with Range Rover for a year during the final stages of Evoque production, has an excellent technical knowledge, currently owns seven cars and is building a MEV Exocet from the ground up. One of the few individuals that can actually claim to have owned 6 G-Wizes 'out of curiosity', he clearly has what it takes to be a green car journalist.
